Woods Skips Disney

Tiger Woods made the decision to not enter the FUNAI Classic at Walt Disney World and surrendered his chance at winning the Vardon Award. Woods needed to enter the Disney in order to meet the 60 round requirement for the Vardon Award. Tiger had until 5 PM today to enter the Funai at WDW, but will still be eligible for the Byron Nelson award for the lowest scoring average for golfers playing 50 PGA Tour rounds. Woods current streak will remain at 6 consecutive victories on the PGA Tour starting at the Open Championship in July.
