Robert Allenby takes two stroke lead on day one of Bob Hope Chrysler Classic
Robert Allenby, an Australian, took a two stroke lead after shooting a 63 on day one of the Bob Hope Chrysler Classic. Allenby somehow left his putter in his hotel room. However, a one hour frost delay gave him enough time to retrieve the club.
At 65 are Mark Calcavecchia and Craig Kanada.
My pick, Phil Mickelson, shot a 70.
Fred Couples withdrew due to a sore calf.
