Trevor Immelman Takes Lead at South African Airways Open
The lead changed again after round three at the South African Airways Open. Trevor Immelman birdied his final four holes to finish the round at 9 under with a 63. It was a fitting way for Immelman to celebrate his 27th birthday on Saturday.
The PGA Tour's Rookie of the Year proved why he was given the title when he set the 54 hole record for the event held by Vijay Singh. He is now three shots ahead of Ernie Els heading into Sunday's final event.
Friday's leader, Patrik Sjoland, only shot a 69 and now finds himself in third place
