Golf's Con Man

Golf is known as the sport of gentlemen; however, that must have escaped Colin Nathanson, 59, of Orange County, CA.

He admitted to a federal judge that he convinced hundreds of people to invest in a fictitious internet-based technology firm. It is estimated he took $28 million. He actually used the cash for his companies Giant Golf Company and Play Big Enterprises. He sold golf clubs and accessories.

He also used the money to pay for three houses and for gambling.

He could face up to 120 years in a federal prison.
