Adam Scott Pulls Ahead on Third Day of Tour Play & Wins the AstraZeneca Charity Challenge

On day three of The Tour Championship presented by Coca Cola, Adam Scott took a three stroke lead which makes him the leader moving to the final day of play. The position allowed him to win the AstraZeneca Charity Challenge and donate "his winnings" of $100,000 to the American Diabetes Association.

The AstraZeneca Charity Challenge has been taking place all season and awards the leader going into the final day of play the right to donate $100,000 to the charity of his choice.

Vijay Singh, currently tied for second with Adam Durant, leads all players with 10 AstraZeneca Charity Challenge donations. 26 of 34 winners have gone onto win the event.
