Yang Wins HSBC Champion Tournament
Yang Yong-eun, a South Korean golfer, won with a two-stroke victory over Tiger Woods at Shanghai's HSBC Champion Tournament. Yang had a 69 today. Tiger actually had a better round, shooting a 67, but it was not enough to overcome the hole he dug by his less-than-great play on Saturday.
Yang takes home $833,000 for the win. Yang hopes to parlay this victory with competing in tournaments in Europe and the United States.
Reteif Goosen, who led after Day Three, finished tied for third with New Zealand native, Michael Campbell. Campbell tied the course record of 64.
