Twitter Vijay Singh has Convincing Round on Day Three
Vijay Singh enters the final round of play at the Mercedes Benz Championship with a comfortable three stroke lead over second place golfers: Adam Scott and Trevor Immelman. Will Mackenzie and J.B. Holmes are one stroke behind Scott and Immelman.
If Singh can hold onto the lead, he will be $1,080,000 richer in 24 hours.
One of the most comical moments of the week, came on Thursday when Mackenzie was being interviewed by The Golf Channel. He was asked if he was staying at the Ritz or in his vehicle. He responded honestly stating that he is at the Ritz and gave his room number. Lots of folks called him .. including someone from Wisconsin, a police officer from North Carolina and someone who shared the Mackenzie surname hoping they might be related.
