Ryder Cup Report: Are you a cardmember?

Of course, American Express has been close to the golf world for some time now. Last year, American Express made headlines by striking a corporate sponsorship deal with the United States Golf Association.

This year, Amex will be working with the PGA of America to provide some interesting amenities to cardmembers attending the Ryder Cup.

For one, American Express will bring the PGA Learning Center of Florida to the fans at Valhalla Country Club in Kentucky through a unique mobile learning center.

Another innovative feature that will excite fans at Valhalla this year is American Express's on-site coverage of the tournament. Unlike other tournaments, fans with American Express cards will have the opportunity to use "mini-TVs" capable of pausing and rewinding the live-feed action so that no one will miss the action.

For those of you who will be attending the 2008 Ryder Cup, American Express will certainly be making the experience even more memorable.
