Singh Commands Lead in FedEx Cup Race

With Tiger Woods out of the game as a result of his post-U.S. Open surgery, many players have seen some of their best performances without the usual star in the field.

Vijay Singh, for one, may be $10,000,000 richer due to Tiger absence. Singh, the only golfer to break Tiger's streak as world number one since he took the position from David Duval, has risen again to the top of the PGA Tour, at least, in FedExCup points.

Singh is currently 12,000 points ahead of Sergio Garcia. Colombia's Camilo Villegas trails Sergio in third place.
